Mr. Geiger has worked extensively over the last 25 years in the management, design, integration, application, and completion of projects in government and commercial environments. Mr. Geiger has extensive experience in site installation planning, resource scheduling and cost tracking, risk management, marketing, sales, and operations. The size, scope, and complexity of this project fit well within Mr. Geiger’s experience and demonstrated abilities for management, planning, control, and performance.

Mr. Chris Ball is the Executive Vice President and is responsible for all technical design and implementation activities. Mr. Ball has worked extensively over the last 25 years in petroleum, chemical and industrial process, manufacturing planning, management and control. He provides comprehensive operation support services to manufacturing companies that included product design, prototyping, IT, manufacturing, system and process optimization, and strategic and business planning. Mr. Ball has specific experience in the design and implementation of plastic recycling systems, creating operational processes to ensure FDA QSR compliance, development and manufacturing for production in the USA, NAFTA, the Caribbean & the EU, ISO 9000 implementation, water purification distillation systems, gasoline and sulfur plant maintenance and support, production forecasting and modeling, enhanced oil recovery, and automated liquid delivery systems.
